Brief and minor illness assessments are available for all ages, subject to clinician assessment of suitability. Fees start at $50 and may vary with complexity; the team confirms the fee before booking. Assessment, diagnosis where possible, advice and prescribing when appropriate are included; a prescription is not guaranteed. Private fees apply only where permitted and after checking public coverage eligibility. Focused concerns do not automatically require a comprehensive appointment.

The comprehensive medication review includes reconciliation; there is no duplicate charge. Deprescribing assesses whether medicines can safely be reduced or stopped. Cognitive screening is distinct from a comprehensive dementia or capacity assessment.

A new clinical assessment, if needed for a standalone note or form, is charged separately and explained before booking. Forms included in an assessment are not charged again. Documentation reflects clinical findings and available records; benefits, disability approval and workplace clearance cannot be guaranteed. Third-party payment arrangements are checked before charging.

Packages are offered only where private billing is permitted and care is appropriate. Follow-ups are agreed after assessment identifies a need. Services are itemized by professional; unused visits are eligible for a refund under the terms confirmed before purchase. Medication, vaccines, external testing, specialist services, home-visit travel and substantial additional coordination are excluded unless expressly included.

Visits are planned case by case. We provide an individualized quote based on your needs, clinician, visit length, location, travel and coordination. Discuss your care needs
Cancellation
24 hours’ notice is requested. A late cancellation or no-show fee may apply, up to 50% of the booked service fee to a maximum of $100. Emergencies are reviewed individually.
Receipts and insurance
Itemized receipts can be provided. Reimbursement depends on your insurer or health-spending-account terms; please confirm coverage directly with your plan.
