How the model works
Not every appointment requires the same professional or the same amount of clinician time. The clinic uses structured pathways so administrative intake, nursing measurements, standardized screening, education, counselling and follow-up can be completed by the appropriate team member. NP time is reserved for components that require NP-level clinical judgment, prescribing, diagnostic ordering or medical management.
